Ray and Kay are the son and daughter of the late Curtis Ray Joiner, Sr. and the late Hilda Kohler Joiner. Their father and my late father were brothers. They stopped in Jackson en route to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to begin taking care of some final details of their mother's estate.
